Low Value FM and Maintenance Services DPS

Summary

Public sector customers can access a range of services from simple maintenance works and landscaping to help desk services.

Description

Central government, wider public sector and third sector customers will be able to use this agreement to access services including:

  • planned maintenance
  • reactive maintenance (to repair equipment that is already broken)
  • design and installation services
  • waste services
  • statutory compliance services (these are services that businesses need to become more effective and well managed)
  • landscaping services
  • providing goods, materials and consumables from cleaning products and toilet rolls to coffee
  • Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) services
  • pest control
  • helpdesk services

It will also promote social value measures such as carbon net zero (CNZ) initiatives and will aim to engage with SME suppliers in this market.

This agreement is part of a twin commercial solution with RM6232 Facilities Management (FM) and Workplace Services which is due to launch in July 2022. Both of these agreements will replace the existing RM3830 Facilities Management Marketplace which will expire in July 2022.

This commercial agreement will use a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will help you to find relevant suppliers through filters.

Suppliers can register to join this DPS at any time and there is no cost to register.

The flexibility of this solution will allow you to choose your own contract period depending on the size and/or complexity of your work and services needed.

This DPS will complement and support the financial thresholds for the following agreements:

by providing smaller needs and lower value FM contracts with a value up to £1 million.

We intend for the agreement to run for 4 years and there will be options available to extend further if needed.
