27/08/2019 – Update – Gaia Technologies are now suspended as a supplier.

Gaia Technologies entered administration on 15 August 2019.

We advise that you get legal guidance on outstanding contracts, but we can support you with any concerns or questions.

What do I do with outstanding goods not received?
You should contact the administrators for Gaia Technologies (contact Elizabeth Rae at FRP Advisory on 0161 833 3344) about outstanding goods or contracted services.

If you already have an ongoing service contract we can offer guidance on the next steps you need to take.

The Call-off agreement allows the customer to terminate:

41.4 Termination on Insolvency
41.4.1 The Customer may terminate this Call off contract by issuing a Termination Notice to the Supplier where an Insolvency Event affecting the Supplier occurs.
The termination Notice period is silent and it states in the Framework that the customer specifies a date as below:
“Termination Notice”: means a written notice of termination given by one Party to the other, notifying the Party receiving the notice of the intention of the Party giving the notice to terminate this Agreement on a specified date and setting out the grounds for termination.
