The CCS Customer Service Centre (CSC) is at the forefront of helping our customers understand and easily access our services.

Our CSC team provides an excellent service to customers with 93% of enquiries dealt with at the first point of contact and a net promoter score of +60. Our teams provide guidance and support to:

  • end users who use our frameworks and services
  • commercial specialists in government
  • the wider public sector

Our Procurement Delivery team enables compliant procurement activities that add value for our customers, save money for the taxpayer and achieve good policy outcomes. They work with stakeholders to put in place commercial agreements and deliver call-off contracts for the government and the public sector.

Customer Service Centre (CSC) has been an amazing place to work. Personal development and progression opportunities are available for everyone.
