Find out more about working in HR for the civil service

I started my career at CCS on the recruitment team. It was a busy, fast-paced role which I enjoyed and the whole HR team made me feel welcome. After 5 years, I was promoted to Workplace manager as a part of the Workplace Services Team. This allowed me to develop my career in an area that interested me and still stay within the HR family.
