This framework offers specialised courier services for the movement and storage of items which are subject to strict transport regulations in accordance with relevant classifications. It is complemented by the Courier services framework (RM3798).

Lot 1: Class 6.2 Infectious Substances (Category A and Category B)
Collection and delivery for biological substances such as microorganisms, clinical samples, pathogens, infectious and non-infectious substances. For a full list of substances download the specification of services.

Lot 2: Controlled Drugs and Pharmaceuticals
Secure collection, transportation and delivery of controlled drugs and pharmaceuticals, including but not limited to pharmaceutical products, controlled drugs (including drug precursors), medical supplies and associated equipment.

Lot 4: Explosive Substances (Class 1) and Firearms
Courier collection, transportation and destruction of explosive substances and articles and firearms (sections 1, 2 and 5).

Lot 5: The Haulage, Storage and Disposal of Seized Goods
Secure and safe transport and storage of items seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA), such as, electrical items, counterfeit items, high value items, illicit or illegal material or substances, alcohol, tobacco, offensive weapons.

Lot 6: The Haulage, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles
Services for haulage, storage and disposal of vehicles seized by the authorities. Vehicles may be disposed of by sale at auction or broken down for recycling or scrap.

Collection and delivery of radioactive materials. Services include same day or next day delivery on a scheduled / ad hoc basis.
