Summary
This agreement gives central government and the wider public sector access to technical advisory services, that support building and civil engineering projects of all scales and sizes.
Description
This agreement will replace RM6165 Construction Professional Services agreement and will give you access to professional construction services for the full lifecycle of their projects.
Services will include, but are not limited to:
- project management
- cost management
- engineering, for example civil, structural, electrical
- architectural and design services (design of buildings, spaces and infrastructure)
- environmental and sustainability services
The specific lot structure and specialisms are yet to be determined and will be decided following customer and supplier engagement, details are listed below.
