Webinar: ISO44001 Collaborative working in construction – Supplier-led webinar with GRAHAM

About this event

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) construction team is hosting a webinar with GRAHAM, a supplier from our Construction Works and Associated Services framework. GRAHAM will introduce the ISO44001 model, explain how they’re putting it into practice, and share the benefits they’ve seen.

The webinar will cover:

• defining collaboration and the difference between structured and unstructured approaches
• the ISO44001 model and Leading Edge, including their advantages and challenges
• practical examples of collaboration in construction and the benefits it delivers
• why behaviours matter in successful collaboration
• building effective working relationships between clients, end users, contractors, designers and supply chain partners
• using progressive contracting methods with the flexibility offered by CCS frameworks
