Summary
This open framework agreement, let under the Procurement Act 2023 will give public sector organisations access to employee benefits and wellbeing services.
Description
This framework will be available to all public sector organisations including the NHS, except where The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 do not apply. It will give public sector organisations access to:
- employee benefits
- occupational health
- employee assistance programmes
- eye care services
The agreement will cover all current services and combine two existing frameworks:
- RM6273 Employee Benefits
- RM6296 Occupational Health and Related Services DPS

The framework will run for up to 8 years.
