This agreement is set up for one buyer: NHS England. NHS England is buying these services for itself and certain types of organisations specified in the contract. These organisations are called cluster members and can use NHS Notify services through the contract.
NHS Notify services under the call-off contracts include printing and posting letters for NHS and health authorities. This includes both standard letters and accessible letters. These letters may be used for vaccinations, cancer screening, vaccination appointment booking, secondary care bookings and invitations to trials.
Accessible formats also include, but are not limited to, braille, audio CD, large print, easy read, and other languages.
The agreement will run for 4 years. During this time, NHS England will source and manage the call-off contracts on behalf of the NHS and health authorities.
All suppliers have committed to comply with Procurement Policy Note 006, 'Taking account of Carbon Reduction Plans in the procurement of major government contracts' as required. If a supplier is required to publish a carbon reduction plan, you can find it on their individual supplier details page.
You cannot use this agreement if you are not an NHS or health authority with an NHS Notify requirement. Use RM6297 Print and Digital Communications and RM6371 Print Marketplace 2 frameworks instead.
