Summary

All public sector and third sector organisations can access language service. This includes translation, transcription and interpreting services.

Description

Access innovative solutions designed to meet the public sector’s core needs such as:

  • translation
  • transcription
  • interpretation services including remote interpreting options (such as telephone and video interpreting)
  • Artificial Intelligence solutions such as Machine Translation

We understand that the needs of central government and the wider public sector may be different. To reflect this we intend to create a solution that meets the best interests of all sectors.

Customer engagement

We will seek to capture the needs of the whole of the public sector through 1 to 1 and group engagement events.

Supplier engagement

Supplier engagement will begin in June 2023. Engagement will continue until early 2024 or until we are satisfied that we have fully engaged with the supply market.
