Vehicle Lease, Fleet Management and Salary Sacrifice Car Schemes
Summary
Central government and wider public sector (WPS) customers can lease passenger vehicles and light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles. Also includes fleet management services such as vehicle sourcing and management of buyers own fleet.
Description
You will be able to access vehicle leasing, and fleet management services through direct award and further competition.
You can access quotes for leasing standard passenger vehicles and vans through our fleet portal.
You will be able to lease the full range of vehicles available from vehicle manufacturers. This will include electric vehicles and converted and specialist vehicles.
The scope of fleet management services will include:
- sourcing vehicles that are either leased, purchased or hired on behalf of a buyer
- managing a buyers own fleet and all services associated with running a fleet such as:
- managing the servicing maintenance and repair of vehicles
- fleet administration tasks
- support with creating a fleet policy
- support to transition to low emission vehicles
- driver training and risk assessment services
This agreement will provide vehicle salary sacrifice schemes. Buyers will be able to specify their individual needs for a scheme, for example a green or low emissions vehicles only scheme.
This will be a 4 year agreement with no option to extend.
Supplier engagement
We started supplier engagement in September 2021 and published the Prior Information Notice (PIN) on 29 November 2021.
