Employee Benefits

Scope

We are working to develop an agreement for the provision of employee benefits, rewards and recognition for public sector organisations.

The agreement will be used by eligible central government departments, their arm’s length bodies and agencies, and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, and devolved administrations. It is intended that this agreement will become the recommended model used by UK central government departments, including those with locations overseas.

The agreement will provide access to a wide range of flexible, voluntary and salary benefits such as:

  • Childcare vouchers
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee discounts
  • Gym membership
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Low emission cars
  • Payroll giving
  • Reward and recognition programme

The service will be delivered through an on-line benefits portal with multi-media access.  It will provide flexibility in the choice of benefits for employers with scope to include additional benefits as well as the personalisation of benefits.
