Keeping your fleet in optimal condition

Public sector fleets are often critical to operational delivery and front line services. If any vehicles aren’t performing at their best, they can quickly become inefficient, unsafe and expensive to run. So at CCS we make it easy for you to keep your fleet in tip-top condition.

Not only that, we’ll use our bulk buying power to bring you competitive prices on everything from tyres, spare parts, servicing and repairs. And we’ll connect you with local suppliers and manufacturers so you can do your bit to support your local economy.

The frameworks for you

Everything you need to keep your fleet running smoothly and safely. All our frameworks come with flexibility, compliance and social value built in.

  • Supply of Tyres, Glass and Fast Fit solutions

Our new agreement for Supply and Fit of Tyres, Windscreens and Fast Fit items is now live. To implement social value requirements, we will need all suppliers to be a member of the Driving for Better Business programme.

  • Tyres

This agreement is for the supply and fit of tyres for all public sector organisations, including a specific lot for the emergency services. We have suppliers who can provide tyres and associated services for every kind of car and commercial vehicle you can think of – and save you an average of 16%.

    Go to framework RM3767

  • Service, Maintenance and Repairs (SMR)

Within our Vehicle Lease, Fleet Management and Flexible Rental solutions framework, you can choose SMR as part of your leasing contract, or you can buy it as a standalone offering. The framework is deliberately flexible so you can specify your requirements and obtain the best value for you.

Go to framework RM6096 (lot 3)

  • Vehicle Parts

You can also buy spare parts through our Vehicle Purchase framework agreement. Simply order from the dealer or manufacturer you choose for purchasing vehicles, so you can enjoy the same benefits of convenience, compliance and customer service.

“We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure they can fulfil demanding servicing requirements while maintaining the best possible value. Everyone here knows how important it is to keep public sector vehicles on the road so they can keep delivering those vital frontline services.” Tammy Carter, Fleet Category Lead
