If you need it, we can help you get it. These frameworks cover the purchase, lease and hire of just about every road vehicle and fuel type you can think of.

This framework is ideal for shorter term or unexpected peaks in demand. Covering car share and car clubs as well as more traditional car rental, it offers solutions to meet all requirements, whether hours, days, weeks or months. There’s also an option to include insurance cover.

Salary Sacrifice Solutions
If you’re acquiring company cars for your employees, a salary sacrifice scheme can help you cut costs, support your green agenda and increase employee satisfaction. This framework includes an end-to-end fleet management service that covers the implementation, marketing and management of such a scheme.

Vehicle Purchase
This framework will help you purchase a fleet that’s fit for purpose and fit for the future, taking cost, social value, sustainability and ease of buying into consideration. You can also buy bespoke conversions through this framework, as part of a turnkey solution.

Vehicle Lease
This framework covers a wide range of vehicle types, from cars to coaches, and includes ultra low emission vehicles. It allows you to lease a range of standard and converted commercial vehicles for 2 or more years. You can also choose service, maintenance and repair options as part of your procurement.

Flexible Rental Solutions
If your vehicle demand fluctuates, you may find that short term rental (28 days or longer) is more cost effective than either daily rental or long term leasing. Responding to your fleet’s operational requirements, this framework gives you fast delivery on a large range of standard and specialist vehicles.

Vehicle Conversion DPS
Use this framework if you’re acquiring a vehicle that needs a specialist conversion. The Dynamic Purchasing System allows you to set out your specific requirements and run a competition to attract bids from a wide range of suppliers.
Try our new easy-to-use Fleet Portal
If you’re purchasing or leasing standard-build cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs), try our new and improved Fleet Portal. It gives you a quick and easy way to generate and compare real-time quotations.
There are currently around 125,000 public sector vehicles on the roads that have been sourced through a CCS agreements.
