CCS is running a programme of 3 national further competitions for payroll services which could help you save time and money by aggregating your demand with other public sector organisations.

CCS offers a complimentary aggregation service for customers, where we take a volume requirement to market following a standard process, which encourages better pricing from bidders and greater savings for the customer.
What we’re going to tender for
The requirement will be for payroll software and services – essentially fully managed payroll services – covering (but not limited to) processing of payslips, reporting to HMRC, BACS transmission and approved pensions administration.
The result will be individual contracts for each participating customer based on their requirements (you can even have your own special terms in your own contract) with an initial term of 5 years and options to extend for a further year and then another year beyond that.
How can you get involved?
We’re currently gathering interest from customers for the first payroll aggregated procurement which is scheduled to complete mid March 2020.
Allowing time for critical post award transition and implementation (including parallel runs), this first aggregation could suit any public body that needs a solution up and running by October 2020 onward.
A second aggregation for payroll services will follow for delivery in January 2021, then a third for delivery in January 2022.
