We’ll invest time in developing you throughout your career with CCS to ensure your skills remain current in this rapidly changing market. Everyone within our CCS family gets a minimum of 5 days of learning pay year.

As well as giving you access to professional and technical development programs, we offer on the job coaching and are keen to develop you as a leader sooner rather than later.

The way people are learning is changing and our learning and development strategy is to deliver the content our people need when and where they need it. You’ll have access to our interactive Civil Service learning platform, which includes a wealth of highly personalised learning content that can be downloaded at any time to your laptop.
