Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV): Workplace Charging Scheme

Description

The voucher-based scheme provides eligible businesses with support towards the upfront costs of purchasing and installing EV chargepoints. All businesses can use it to help provision chargepoints for their staff or fleets. Charities and small accommodation businesses can further use it to provision chargepoints for their guests or visitors.

Description

A lease scheme available to private and public landowners with options of 60 or 120 years. Forestry England (FE) are looking for land plots suitable for tree planting ideally of 50Ha+. Once the lease is agreed FE will design, plant and manage the new woodland and the landowner will receive a negotiated rent.

Forestry Commission: Tree Health Pilot

Description

The tree health pilot scheme will test different ways of slowing the spread of pests and diseases affecting trees in England. It expands on support already available through the Countryside Stewardship woodland tree health grant. The results of the pilot, which runs from August 2021 to 2024, will help develop the future funding policy for tree health schemes. Around 100 grant agreements will be allocated through a competitive application process.

Funding and financing through CCS

We have created an industry leading twin-agreement solution providing a revolutionary way for public sector customers to source funding for their projects. 

The solution involves a diverse range of lenders aggressively competing on customer projects through a DPS, ensuring a transparent and genuinely competitive cost of financing. Supporting the DPS is an Advisory Framework allowing Public Sector bodies access to specialist Asset Finance advisory.  The framework also allows Public Sector bodies to outsource the administration of the DPS to the advisor nullifying resourcing constraints.

The solution possesses bespoke terms designed to protect the customer, developed with independent industry leading advisors.
